Who we are. Dapin Anga Drones, Blessed House, opposite Garden City Mall, Thika Road, Nairobi, is the data controller for the personal data you give us on this website and in the trainee portal.
What we collect. Your name, contact details, date of birth, gender, ID number, county, education history, the documents you upload, your payment records and your study activity on the portal.
Why we use it. To process your application, admit and register you, collect fees, deliver your course, run assessments, issue certificates and keep the records that Kenyan training regulators require. We send you SMS and email about your application and course.
Who we share it with. Payment providers (for example Safaricom M-Pesa) to process your payment, and training regulators or examining bodies when the law or your course requires it. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it. For as long as you are a trainee and afterwards for the period the law requires for academic and financial records.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to info@dapin.co.ke. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
